Can I block dates for my own use?
Yes — owner-blocked dates take priority over guest bookings, and you set them yourself in the portal. Most owners block 4–8 weeks per year. If you give us 30+ days' notice we can usually keep your dates fully revenue-neutral by recovering nearby bookings.
What about wear and tear?
Heavier than long-let, lighter than people fear. Our in-house team does a full inspection before and after every stay, and we hold a refundable damage deposit (or use platform damage protection). Annual deep maintenance — repaint touch-ups, soft furnishings refresh — typically runs 25,000–60,000 THB depending on unit size.
