Our office is in Kathu, but we are out across the island most days. Our team includes a property operations lead, a guest experience manager, a leasing manager for long-term tenancies, an in-house maintenance technician and three full-time housekeepers. We speak English, Thai, Russian, Mandarin and German between us. Every owner is allocated a single named account manager who is your point of contact for anything — they own the relationship and they reply.
Pool cleaning, gardening, housekeeping, linen, 24-hour check-in and routine maintenance are handled in-house by our own team. For specialist work that sits outside that scope — deep electrical, plumbing, plastering, pest control, legal and tax — we maintain a vetted shortlist of bilingual contractors we have worked with for years and who we hold to the same standards. You always see the supplier's invoice at cost.
