We quote per property after understanding what you actually need — concierge, building liaison, mail, deeper trades coordination — rather than forcing you into a generic tier. Add-on services and supplier costs are billed at cost with receipts on your portal.

Questions absentee owners ask.

Can I add concierge-style requests?
Yes. Restaurant reservations, car/driver bookings, healthcare appointments, package shipping, school enrolment paperwork — pretty much anything reasonable. Concierge tasks are charged at cost plus a small admin fee, transparently shown.
What if I want to add short-term rental later?
Easy. Most owners start with care, decide they want some income, and switch to a hybrid arrangement. We handle the transition over a couple of weeks.
Will you handle building meetings and notices?
Yes — we read your juristic notices, summarise in English, vote on your behalf only if you give us a written proxy, and attend AGMs if you ask. Many owners find this alone is worth the retainer.
What's the contract length?
Rolling monthly, 30 days' notice from either side. We don't lock you in — your continued business is our responsibility.
